Product Description:

 

This wall panel is made of EPS polystyrene, cement and sand, adopt 4.5mm calcium silicate board as 

face panel on both sides, it is a kind of energy saving wall material, with 2270/2440mm*610mm*180mm size, smooth without plastering, it can improve the construction efficiency 15 times compared with the traditional blocks, as long as setting the line accurately, both green and skilled worker can install the boards. After finishing the installation, other decorative constructions can be fixed at the same time, there is no need to wait the mortar to dry like the traditional way. 

It can be widely applied to all kinds of decoration and building construction, they are the best 

materials for plants, apartments, hotels, office buildings and public constructions, etc. 

 

Advantages: 

 

1) Simple and fast installation: The wall material is completely dry work, fabricated construction, a skilled 

worker can finish more than 35m2 per day on average.

2) Energy-saving and environment-friendly: Green, no-harmful substance, reusable,no construction

4) Fireproof: reached national A level standard, the fireproof feature can last more than 4 hours under

2~3 times than the traditional wall.

7) Heat preservation: The panel is made from environmental protection and energy saving heat insulation 

material, which can keep the indoor temperature at a stable range and make the environment much more 

comfortable.

8) Spiking and stickability: The panel can be nailed directly or install expansion bolt to hang heavy loads, 

the single point of hanging strength is above 45kg.

9) Anti-pressure, Anti-quake: Because of fabricated construction, 3-in-1 structure and using tongue and 

groove to join panels, the anti-pressure and anti-quake meet the national standard.

10) Increase the usable area: the thickness of BOYUEJIA panel is 50~200mm, it largely saves the
