Description:

    The adhesive is made specially for sticking soft wall tiles to construction walls, with high bond strength 

and glue adhesion, good impermeability force and anti-aging ability. 

What is more, it is also with anti-slip performance, which can make the installation faster and easier.

Application Range:

1. Standard Type: suit less than 600*900mm size soft wall tile for interior wall installation 

2. Enhanced Type: suit 600*1200mm size soft wall tile for interior and exterior wall installation

3. Super strong Type: suit more than 600*1200mm size soft wall tile for interior and exterior wall installation

Using method:

 1. The basic surface treatment:

     1)The basic surface must be strong and smooth, dry and clean, freee of grease.

     2) Need to eradicate the hollowing, loose grass and bulged things and uneven base surface with a 

polymer firstly

 2. The burdening

     1)According to powder: water = 3.4:1 (weight ratio)

     2) Pour water into the mixing bucket first, then add powder, stirred with an electric mixer free particles 

into a uniform paste. Stand by for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring slightly to use.

 3. Installation:

    1) Use a tooth scraper to smear glue on the working surface, uniform distribution, and make it as tooth

 shape, each coating approximately around 1m2, put the soft wall tile on it in the dry rub.

    2) Selected tooth scraper size should consider the degree of flatness and convex face the back of 

the tile

    3) If fissure at the back of soft wall tile is deep or the wall tile is large and heavy, you should put the 

adhesive on the double side, means paint with glue on both the back of wall tiles and working surface. 

Precautions:

1. This adhesive is suitable for at 5-40  environment, can not be installed in rain day, before installation,

if the wall is too dry or water too fast to dry, then need to wet the wall to  no clear water firstly.

2. Never mixing the dry slurry with water, the remained mortar on wall tile should be cleaned with a damp sponge

 in time.

Reference amount:

1. According to the project cover area, the amount of adhesive needed is vary; the flatter base surface, 

the less amount of the slurry needed.

2. For 3X3mm tooth scraper, need about 1.7 kg / square meter, For 6X6mm tooth scraper, need about 

3.0kg / square meter.

Expiration Date:

Store in a cool and dry place, expiration date is 12months under unopened package.
