Usage:

Sealing surrounding of windows, doors and lightweight wall panel, heat preservation, water proof,

fixing pipeline, vents and roof cracks, insulated.

Dosage:

For different thickness panels need different dosage of this polyurethane foam caulks:

60mm panel:   12 bottles/100m2

90mm panel:   15bottles/100m2

120mm panel:  20bottles/100m2

150mm panel:  25bottles/100m2

180mm panel:  29bottles/100m2

Installation Notice:

1. Removing floating dust, oil, and spraying;
2. When sealing vertical gaps, should be from the bottom to the top;
3. Adjusting foam velocity of flow through control trigger;
4. Use polyurethane detergent to wash spray gun;
5. Cutting after 20 minutes, solidification one hour later, after 3-5 hours is stable;
6. Coating directly on the face of solidified foam, such as paint, cement mortar.
